Good question. Biggest design change I was looking for was the designer himself.
I wanted a symmetrical waterline. Just about everything I've ever paddled has been asymmetrical and I want to see how the other side lives. Also wanted something geared a little more towards moving water.
I'm sort of swinging the other way on this. All of my hulls have been symmetrical, and I'm now considering an asymmetric design. Like you say, want to see how the other side lives.
I'm looking forward to reports about how this one handles.
