what is Swift cooking up?

Thanks so much for posting the pictures! That's going to be a great solo boat!

I am surprised by the weight of the CF portage yoke. Looks to be a much better design than the old wood one I have!

I hope this season will bring you some great trips in the new boat. Congrats

yeh the yoke is pretty stout. It has a curved block that fits over the gunnel and then is pulled tight with a stainless bolt and the big thumb wheel.

Hey Everyone,

Been reading posts here for a while but first time posting !

Realize this post is from earlier in the year but just wanted to say thank you for the info provided here. Really helped me with a recent purchase of a Keewaydin 16. I own a Kevlar Fusion Keewaydin 14 with Carbon Innegra exterior and Kevlar interior and in buying the Keewaydin 16 I really wanted to look at a Carbon Innegra Interior in a KF boat. This is the only post on the entirety of the internet that touches on it. Think it really looks sharp with all carbon components as the Shearwater above shows..Nice boat !

Anyway went with the KF Kee 16 in two tone Clear (Golden) and white bottom with carbon interior and all carbon components including removable thwart, foot bar and sliding bow seat.

They have never done the Golden colour with a carbon interior so they can't even tell me for sure what the colour will turn out like. I'm guessing a dark yellow.

Can't wait and thanks again.

Shawn

Nice Canoe, sounds like a great build.

I bought a Prospector 16 with the Carbon Innegra Textreme Ext., Basalt Innegra Int. with a Lime Green bottom and all Carbon components.

I really like the canoe especially as a solo.
