Here some thing...

I'm with you Mike! like I said, people are putting there hope in a product that never been tested, that will be put on the market as boats that never been testes, from a company that was claiming that Twin-Tex was the future, from a company that at least twice now have been telling people that the product will be available "this spring

Do't get me wrong, I think that Esquif did tremendous for the WW canoeing world

To be clear I wish them success and hope T-formex turns out to be a viable material. I met Jacque a couple of times, including once at my home, and believe that Esquif made some of the best constructed Royalex canoes on the market.

I believe the reason for the delays in bringing out T-formex was securing financing for another new material, especially after the much ballyhooed Twin-tex turned out to be less than ideal.

That said, as far as T-formex goes if I can’t fix it myself or glue on minicel and D-ring anchors it ain’t for me,

So Mike, you had Jacques Chassé at your house and you tell us you don't know more:cool:.... That is pretty scary... ;)

That was a good 10 years ago. Jacque was headed south and dropped off a canoe and some Esquif promo knickknacks for me.
