I picked up a roll of clear tarp tape at Menards the other day. It appears to be very similar to Tenacious tape at a small fraction of the cost. (0.6%) I'll put some in my repair kit. Has anyone else tried it?

I used the clear tarp tape to repair/reinforce the corners of my map case today. Sure seems to be very tenacious.
