I know these aren’t all pictures of canoeing, buy I figured what the heck. Sunset is salmon fishing in Lake Michigan around 7 am, no hits.
Wife and I paddling around Lake Superior, we did turn back and grab our PFD’s and continued to paddle around some rock islands.
And an early morning Loon cruise on a secluded lake we like to camp at. The pup was eagerly waiting to get in the canoe and paddle around

Ventured onto the Saco today. Never saw a soul. Best time of year but not peak.

Put in at Hemlock Bridge on the old course of the Saco and paddled up to Kezar Pond.. Trees just starting to show off. Our lunch beach.

I'm surprised you were able to get in to the pond from the river. Did you go in by the bridge or further up river?
