You gotta love the carbide scrapers for feathering Bias strips and extra layers over the foot ball. The little cloth fibers feather easily.
Purdy makes the one I use lately. It is wide with a gentle curve. Stays sharp too.
The white weave ends disappear, when sanded and varnished.
Can you tell me where the extra layer, or the two bias strips are ?
Do they show on hulls that lay the top layer over them ? ?
Each hull has 4 layers of cloth where the stems meet the water, or shore.
