I had some left over epoxy on a stir stick I took the orbital to. The kevlar pulp doesn't fuzz and I had to apply some pretty good pressure to sand it down. I need to fool around with it some more before I start slathering it all over a boat bottom. It's probably not worth the extra effort. It could make for some strong, light, and flexible fillets though. Since there are some fibers, albeit short ones, it might make a better fillet than cabosil. The marketing behind it claims that all the tiny fuzzes link up with the epoxy and themselves. Kind of like a polymer within a polymer.
