Wannigan or storage box?

I'm ready to order my EGlass and epoxy. I do have a couple of questions, so I'm looking for advice. Should I use 4oz or 6oz EGlass. 4oz would take less epoxy, isn't as strong as 6oz, but is it easier to work around corners?

When I glass the outside, should I do it in 3 parts. Maybe do the flat sides and then do the "barrel " strip rounded side? Or should I cover it with one piece and try to work it around all the corners and curves?

I'm no where near an expert but I would likely glass the flat areas up to the corners first, then go back with glass cut in strips on the bias and overlap the corners. I would cut the strips around 2" wide. You could also put 2" bias tape on your order list and skip the cutting part. The bias cut "tape" will turn the corners much easier.

Started glassing this afternoon. All the corners and angles are going to take little extra work and time. A horse fly... I hope he dies!
