Thinking about that exchange he was more time generous than what I wrote above. After the Russians announced “Vee stay vun, mabee two hour” what he actually said was “YOU HAVE TWO MINUTES”.
Had it just been me I’d have been eating their borsch and drinking their vodka, but Ed’s way worked too.
