Mike M Sailing 01 by Mike McCrea, on Flickr (Photo by Charlie Wilson) The Sockeye was flying, the large-sized Spirit Sail was bent over so far I had no hope of dismounting it and I was about to pee my pants before realizing that I could run it ashore on a sandy shallows near camp.

That's funny, because I was thinking "impressionist painting" too. I took that photo of my shadow (in the Sojourn) in the crystal clear deep waters of "Blueheart", a huge spring in the Snake River. edit: Would look great on hotel room walls, eh? edit2: Oh - now I see the "Scream" part.
