I don't know anything about 3D printing but suddenly found myself curious if anyone on the forum does and has any idea what it would be like to 3D print a canoe.
It certainly could be done but you probably wouldn't be able to lift it. The link below describes a 3D printed boat that was 25 feet long and weighed 5000 pounds. It took 72 hours to build.
