Holiday Equipment Deals

Cooke Custom Sewing is running a 20% off all items sale with code “blackfriday2024” for a few days.

Awesome to see a rare discount on some of the best gear available. Noticed they have some new colors on a few products. Glad to see the family carrying on the business. I ordered a few things

Duckworth Wool has a big sale on. I haven't tried their stuff but I've heard enough about it to bite at 30-40% off. It's not 100% wool, but what wool there is is local (Montana) and responsibly sourced. (Some polyester/PET woven in to most of their stuff.)

Asbell Wool, which is the best-looking bowhunting outer layers out there but which I am heavily allergic to, is also running a small sale, but their stuff cheap enough at full price.

And for the whitetail hunters, Novix and XOP are running heavy sales on stands, sticks, and hunt-ready kits.

True North, the guys who make cloth maps have them at 15% off.
Bought one but didn’t realize they were all cloth. Hope I will be pleasantly surprised and not have a novelty map printed on a handkerchief. Cloth doesn’t seem the ideal medium for printing something that requires resolution and accurate scale.

Zenbivy got me with their 30% off.

Bought one of their air mattress integrated beds a few years ago and it’s great for tent camping. I just use the quilt portion when hammocking, but it’s a 15 degree down in XL. Too bulky and warm for most summer camping.

Therefore I bought just a large 25 degree down quilt. Think for summer in the hammock that will be the ticket.
