It's interesting to talk to David Yost who designed the Dragon Fly, David Curtis who built the original line and Harold Deal who did a redesign for reasons that seem to be complicated. You can find them most years in one place. The Western Pennsylvania Solo Canoe Rendezvous at Coopers Lake the first weekend in June. There is a lot of history some convoluted but everyone is civil and remain legends true to themselves. I am sorry to hear of Harold's illness. Such a go getter but very quiet.
