Down again. Why would a hacker want to bother with adkforums? Makes no sense.

Two big reasons:

1) If they can hide pages full of links on the domain, they can influence Google search ratings. A lot of shady search engine optimization companies do it this way.

2) It's a database of usernames, emails, and passwords. If you use the same username/email and password combination elsewhere, they now have your credentials for that, too.

@bcelect I was thinking about you and the rest of the group up on Lowes Lake, we were paddling the Whitney Loop about a month ago and dragging over that floating bog.

Its suggested to change it.. No one likes change but I don't find the new format awful.

I tried but can't get a reset email and yes I checked spam and junk and basically searched all my email. No way to contact them I can find. oh well
