Anyone know if border restrictions, primarily the RABC, are going to be relaxing this upcoming season?

Remote Area Border Crossing - allows entering Canada between Superior and Lake of the Woods without going through an entry station. Popular for entering Quetico Provincial Park from BWCAW.

I'm skeptical it will be back this year.
