I finished the book, Canoe Trip. He talks about wearing a belt for keeping survival gear on/in. Perhaps this idea came prior to fishing/rescue PFDs, but I like the idea. Does anyone still do this or just jam everything into their pockets and PFD? I don't work for Kifaru, but I do have a 'bit' of their gear. It is top shelf.
Here are a few different belts. They might not be great for sitting except for the thin one though.
