Modify a Dry Bag

I have a small daypack size dry bag and I need to attach a water bladder on the front. Thinking of gluing on 4 small D-Rings, but most seem to be on large hypalon or PVC patches (4+ inches - used for inflatable rafts, etc). Anyone know where I can get some small accessory D-Rings or another method of achieving my objective?

I've installed lashing points on a drybag using pieces of an old dry bag and gluing it on with Hypalon adhesive (or maybe vinyl adhesive).
