Also some famous last words thrown in so it all appears cool to the onlookers, oozing expertise and lots of class.

"No problem, it's really easy."

"Relax, I've done this millions of times."

"Aaaah... been there, done that."

"What the hell, one more time."

...and the coolest cool famous last words...

"Hold my beer. I've got this."

Going to find out how this weekend. Mine will be a little bigger though in east central Florida. Like a 120 miles across. Think the trick to it is to go with the wind.

Yeah, good luck to you all and god bless. I have two kids and grandkid living in Florida. The picture in the OP was taken in Tampa Bay.

I once asked the former owner of the Ocklawaaha Canoe Oupost how he protected his dozens of rental canoes and kayaks in the last hurricane that went through central Florida. He said he took them all off their canoe racks, put them all on the ground in a very tight group mass, filled them all up with water from a hose, and tied them all together. He said it worked and the wind didn't lift any of the canoes up, while it did tear down some of the canoe racks.
