Gflex on Gelcoat?

I’ve got some gouges and deep scrapes I’d like to touch up. Would thick Gflex be good on Gelcoat or should I find another product?

Literally just doing this a couple of days ago. If you don't address sharp scratches in the gelcoat, it tends to propagate, as shown in this pic. When I have a color that's very hard to match, like this seafoam green, I will use Gflex and then mix automotive paint or Krylon to cover with an artist brush. It's just easier than mixing gel coat tint for the tiny amount required for the repair.
