I made a great meal for this trip using minute rice, dehydrated mushrooms, dried black beans, Sour cream powder, garlic and spices.

I know everyone has their Taste Preferences !

I'd Omit the Salami, or Sausage.
My reason. Unless you plan on consuming a whole one at a sitting, once you open it, it will smell up your food pac. The packaging is smelly too.

I have one of those water proof roll up bags, with a snap closer. Used it on a trip, in which I had some Hard Salami in it. That bag smelled like Salami for years. !

I think I could live on the Peanut M&Ms !

10 days ? Double the Peanut M&Ms .

Where would we be without Ziplock ?

I could live on what you have there, I would pack some though eggs .
