Not knowing the circumstances, was the epoxy perhaps applied in high humidity? If working outdoors, always avoid applying epoxy late in the day. As the air cools, moisture is likely to become trapped in the epoxy as it cures.
If the epoxy is only partially cured and is clouding, sometimes judicious application of heat will solve the problem. If the epoxy is fully cured and cloudy, the only remedy I know of is to sand it off. Obviously, you will need to be careful not to sand into the aramid too much.
