Chestnut Canoe on CL

Saw this on CL and thought I'd post it here. It looks to be in pretty good shape wood wise and they say it needs new canvass. Thought someone here might be interested. It's in Glen Falls, NY.

RPG was always looking for one.

I had a 17'er, paid $400 for it, stripped the interior, replaced 2 ribs some plank, gunnels, canvas, filler (gluvit, which was about 150 iirc), paint, varnish so I was into it for about $850 and and sold it for $1300.
I made about $10 an hour at est, but it was fun and the guy got a great canoe.
Now if it was a 15'er I would be on my way to NY tomorrow.
