I really like the banner on Canoetripping.net. Always reminds me of one of those perfect lake mornings when the water is like glass, the loons going off, and travel easy. The kind of morning you want to go on and on. Who's artwork is it?

It's a combination of a few different artworks that I pieced together, trying to avoid copyright infringements. It was hard to come up with anything that wasn't free of copyright issues. I like it too for the same reasons stated in the OP.
