    Dreaded Tennis Elbow, Mark II

I got "plasterer's elbow" (same as tennis elbow) parging a block building. Doc said try Icy Hot (cream, not patches) and it helped a lot. Indeed growing old is not for sissies.

    Sleeping pad?

Exped has a Schnozzel, an air bag that inflated their pads. I think I've seen an aftermarket for inflating other pads. My large Exped takes 6 or so bags of air, my back pack pad just 3, and my pillow just 1. And never having blown into the pads I feel they are better off for none of the...

Poll: What Site Color Theme Do You Use Most Often?

I picked the green one because the default was the only option for another bb I frequent (nothing to do with canoes or out of doors). I have sent that web master here for examples of better options on other things.

    On-the-fly adjustable seat height?

I don't know how your seat is hung - if you said I missed it - but if there was a rail or bar hung from gunwales or riveted to canoe like my Trans, simply extend those forward (replace with longer ones) and then a parallel set just inside them with seat attached. A pair of bolts - on at tip of...

    On-the-fly adjustable seat height?

It would seem if the seat pivoted - tilted from level to sloped - from some distance in front of the seat, you could tilt it up to kneeling height - at a slight slope with room for feet under it - or drop back to low and level. It's a problem best solved in drawing, but guessing a pivot point...
