I always use some brushing thinner with my paints, a world of difference for my limited skill level.

I had never seen this before, maybe it’s common in other areas but I was surprised. I was crossing Marshall Lake in nw Ontario when this appeared, I took refuge on the lee side of an island.

Well said Bob, I agree. I stopped at this seldom used campsite on the Marshall Lake route in northern Ontario for lunch, which iirc was some instant potatoes and a left over piece of walleye. Very memorable moment from a great trip. Thanks for bringing back such fond memories.
