My Phoenix tends to go left when I coast. I need to play with weight placement, I postulate that a little more weight towards the stern would trim it better. Perhaps I am slightly plowing with a dry bag in front of me and nothing else in the boat?

A word of warning- the INNO bars only work with old Thule Tracker II towers. The new style slotted Thule square bars and towers etc are incompatible.

It takes a bit of searching to get the right part numbers, but you can order the pieces and sometimes one complete rack from Rhino Rack. That is what I did for my ‘09 Silverado. Then I used a T-bar hitch rack on the back. Worked great and allowed me to access my hard tonneau cover with 2 canoes...

The only thing I saw was the Starlink satellite train. Had no idea what it was but the internet provided an answer.

Thule may hate us but Rhino-rack doesn’t! They make some long load bars. Unfortunately they don’t make foot packs for every bar for every vehicle. You’ll have to put your model and year in to see what they offer. https://www.rhinorack.com/en-us/cross-bar

Looks good, but I’d recommend some random sanding on it. That is going to be a ruthless source of glare! And I’d knock down the corners a bit more and round over the top perimeter of the plate a bit more.

I like the bullnose on those OEM decks!

I use that same Northstar pad. Seemed awfully expensive but I wouldn’t be without it. And I do use a pool noodle under my ankles. Can’t kneel very long without it. Sometimes straightening up off the seat is enough to get a break, but sometimes I need to sit and stretch my legs.

Looking closer, I think I have this same rack on the 4R. Old school Thule euro bars and newer foot packs with the rubber coated steel strap? They sure are easy to install, but my god do they howl on the 4R.
