Paddling jacket needs a home

I have a brand new NRS Rio hooded jacket, tags still on it, size small. Never worn, hardly touched. I got this a while ago thinking it would be good for my wife, but she’s not a cold water person. I wanted to post here first, before CL or marketplace. It’s not the newest technology and I think it’s just a coated shell much like a regular rain jacket is, without a membrane.
