I just got a pair of these and I think I'm gonna love 'em.

I wear size 8-1/2 (Euro 42-43) and got size 9 so they'll fit with SealSkinz socks. They're perfect.
They also have good ankle support, almost as good as my Merrill hiking boots.
And the tread's lug design looks like it will shed dirt rather than hold it.

The price is to be expected, but free shipping makes it an even better deal.

Looks good. But I am a kneeler and those would kill my feet kneeling top of foot down

So am I. Kneeling on the floor, I found them stiff when pointing my toes. But I don't kneel that way. I either curl my toes under (so they face forward), or turn my ankles so the side of my foot is down. They work fine that way.

Update: Laced up tight, they're pretty stiff when pointing the toes. Loosening the top one or two lacings, as one would with ice skates or hiking boots, makes pointing much easier and the boot generally more comfortable.

I had some peculiar requirements for a warm weather water shoe. For half the year I am happy wearing Mukluks, but when it is warm/hot out I wanted something much smaller. And easier to put on/take off.

The peculiar requirement was that they be easy to tighten around my ankle. My homeriver is a small rocky trout stream, and much of the time I’m wading I’m treading on a loose aggregate of small pebbles.

Having those get inside the water shoe is worse than going barefoot. These work as well as anything I have found at keeping pebbles, shells and sand out of the foot bed.

They have an adjustment to tighten the entryway around my ankle and a Velcro strap across the top. They don’t pull off in mud, have good grip on rocks and are low cut and flexible. The drainage is essentially nonexistent, but even with drainage my feet are going to be stuffed in wet shoes anyway.

The downside is that the nice rock grippy tread picks up mud and sand like a magnet.
